We align future, decisions and people
We work alongside business leaders to navigate complexity and change.
Home » How we work

We work on growth
and change.
We operate across two complementary dimensions. On one hand, strategic consulting to build future scenarios, rethink identity and offering, and define clear portfolio choices.
On the other, organisational design to shape structures, decision-making processes and rituals that enable the organisation to scale sustainably and translate strategic direction into day-to-day behaviours.
We combine strategic foresight, strategy and facilitation expertise to guide leaders through complexity without reducing it to generic recipes.
Innovation
is a team sport.

We have an "open" approach that combines a solid direction of innovation processes with, when necessary, the involvement of external actors: partnerships with other companies, start-ups and research entities.
Our method is the result of experience and applied research
Futures by Design
A method to turn complexity and future scenarios into strategic decisions and concrete organisational structures.

How impact changes the lens of innovation. Illustration from the book Futures by Design, published by Guerini Next.
The Futures by Design method integrates strategic foresight, strategic innovation and design thinking to guide companies on a journey from uncertainty to informed choices and intentional action. We don't describe a generic future — we make it designable for each individual company, building scenarios tailored to the industry, the value chain and the competitive landscape.
We use futures thinking tools to identify the forces shaping the organisation's future, envision desirable scenarios and translate them into offering architectures, value narratives, organisational structures and scalable processes. Every choice is evaluated not only on economic criteria, but also on its impact on people, value chain relationships, the sustainability of the operating model and the effects on the broader ecosystem in which the company operates.
