The need

Create a digital tool to support the contract commercial network in presenting the brand's wide range of finishes, making it easy and intuitive the customization of project presentations.

The insight

The customer experience of furniture brands has its crucial moment in product customization. A tool that communicates the uniqueness and consistency of the brand at this time is essential. This tool supports the work of bespoke project managers and the showroom network, giving maximum freedom to the user. Mapping the usage of this tool also enables a new dimension of kpi available to the company.

The solution

We have designed a tool that can compose, independently and with extreme ease of use, custom moadboards of a high aesthetic level.

The result is a cloud application accessible from all types of devices and usable at different points in the customer journey.

 

The new tool has become a key moment in product presentations, defining the brand's customer experience.

In addition, we have introduced a new analytical tool in the company that can gather valuable insights on finishes, generating kpi on the moment of product choice.

The finishes Moadboarder allows the user to compose, on the basis of a series of presets proposed by the interface, infinite custom mooodboards with the finishes of the brand, which can be periodically updated through an access dedicated to an administrator. To make it possible to further customize the moodboards, the tool allows users to add their own finishes through images of the appropriate size and format.

All image uploads, both by the customer and by the administrator, take place intuitively through a few steps and with the support of the most recent drag & drop technologies, making the dragging and filling interactions smart and intuitive.

An integrated analytics tool allows users to have feedback on their behavior over time, in order to give contract employees (retailers or designers) a look on the proposals and on their approach to the materials choice, both in an absolute sense and generating critic parallels.
