The need

Creating a new campaign that communicates the group's positioning as a trendsetter. Integrating the campaign communication with a language that highlights the group's ability to support its customers in developing their own solutions. Developing a new language that integrates these aspects into a single emotional and coherent message.

The insight

We used a human-centred perspective to communication, combining the study of trends and the brief developed by the company with insights into the stakeholders' expectations for our client's service.

The solution

We researched and co-designed with the customer a journey to identify which are the most distinctive environments where their products are used, how they are applied and how they could be enhanced.
We then identified 6 sample environments that we developed from scratch to best show the product's application possibilities, using realistic examples.

Impossible environments that articulate the technical and emotional content of the product in a single message

Each scenario was associated with a natural environment that emphasised the relationship with the emotional elements (spices) that the company had identified as brief.

Together with Caratti e Poletto, we developed the visual concept and a series of virtual environments using the 3D animation technologies of videogaming for a highly immersive result.

We thus created an emotional link between nature and product application, interweaving the culture of interior design, the use of example applications, and the emotional language of the natural environment, in a concrete and consistent communication.
